From our offices in Venice and Rome, we plan luxury destination weddings and celebrations in Italy - from castles to vineyards, private villas, yachts and some of the world's finest hotels. We have a global network of strong relationships with suppliers to ensure that wherever we are working, our high standards of service, event production and design are deliverable.
Tell us about you : let's talk about your desire, and your vision of wedding . We will put together all info and think of a budget, after that we will sign a contract and start to build up your event !
Let's choose a date : once we got an idea of budget, number of guests and style of event we will start thinking what date this great day could be and how many days will be involved ..
Location's choice : if you are unable to come to Venice , we can send you full presentation and short video that will permit you to visit virtually the options without being materially here !
This is you personal event : we will help you to pland every single detail if needed, catering, stationery, accommodations, decorations, and photography or video maker ... all in your style and taking care of your expectations.
What else ? : Once everything is planned and organized, invitations are sent , and the services are paid we will plan an inspection , about 2 months before the event. This last step will help us take care of the last details and to manage some special last minute requests plus visiting all your vendors in order to make sure everything is in order and at your expectations.
Last step : let's party! Once you and your guests will arrive to Italy , our team will take care of you all , making sure you can enjoy the event and the beautiful atmosphere that we have created .
For any need or exhigence , we will accompany you throughout the entire day giving you constant support so that you can relax and just get the best of this great day, knowing that some professionals are working for making running everyting smooth and perfect.
